Leap Kids Dental

My son has been going to this clinic every since he was able to get his teeth check! They are very polite and professional! Great atmosphere and environment! Awesome job everybody!

For the first time today I had a bad experience with my kids dental office my kids have been going to LEAP Dental about nine years now and I called this morning because I did not get a reminder call and spoke with some new lady that a supervisor her attitude was unbearable, Rude and very unacceptable as a supervisor you would think there they will have more respect for a patient and parents. On today I got the worst experience that I can ever imagine. I was asked rudely did I want the appointment or not? I said excuse me are you talking to me. The woman(Supervisor) repeated her self do you want the appointment or not? As a parent and society today people should know by know in order to get respect you have to give it. My response after I asked her the second time was curing her out before I knew it. I asked who was over her she said know one which I knew that was a lie. I then asked if anyone else was in the clinic I could speak with she said no I then said so you mean to tell me I was fin to bring four kids to see the dentist and there is no one else there but you and you the supervisor. Now my kids can't go back to this dentist because of what I said but the whole moral of the story is that this supervisor was rude to a patients parent and flipped it on the parent like she didn't say or do nothing wrong. How dare you then put my kids in as inactive. So your basically abusing ur power as a Supervisor. This is a reason i don't trust my kids with people.9 years and a new Supervisor come in and ruin my kids and my peace of mind.#SAD and needs to change

My experience was awesome . The anesthesiologists and the doctors explained everything to me before the procedure with my daughter to make sure I understood what would be going on with my child before they began at my work to make sure I comfortable with the surgery . They were very friendly , caring, concerned, playful and attentive with my child . They will definitely make u feel like family when you’re visiting their location with their generosity , concerns and hospitality. I very much recommend this dentistry! Oh yes & we arrived and got in and out at a wonderful timely manner! GREAT JOB YOU GUY’S ! ud83eudd1eud83cudfffud83dude0a

Thank you so much, Lisa for being so kind and caring with my very nervous grandson today. You made a boy who has had bad experiences with dentists have a totally wonderful teeth cleaning today and feel much happier about going to the dentist. She asked him lots of questions about what worried him, what flavor tooth paste he wanted to use, did a lot of extra rinsing to keep the amount of toothpaste in his mouth down so he didn't gag, and just went above and beyond for my 10 year old. We will request her each time we go!
