Mrs. Brenda the store manager is the best and very professional and helpful. This is by far the best bookstore I have ever used and I will give them all my future business. They have went above and beyond and I am very thankful for all their help. If u have not used them I suggest you do! 1 would give 6 stars because I believe that they are that good!

Very rude receptionist for phone calls. Didn’t get her name. I was unable at the moment to locate the section number for my textbook while I was on the phone with her. I told her the name of my textbook and the class it was used for. She said very rude and loud “how can I help you if I don’t have it!!” I apologized to her sincerely and I was looking for it she was so annoyed...nnI think some people who work for a school should be patient and more professional. She obviously hated her job.. this call was around 9am on 10/06/2020.nnHopefully someone finds out who took this call very disappointed.

Terrible experience here. First off, they gave me THE WRONG BOOK for one of my classes. I had to drive from Hot Springs to Little Rock to exchange it on my day off just so I could ensure I read the chapters for my class.nTHEN a week later, for a different class, I go to get a book open to start reading & it turns out they only gave me 2 out of 4 of the books required for this class.nI have purchased the Kindle Ebook for the one that I needed to get read immediately but I would have preferred to physically have the book in my hands rather than to read it off of my Iphone. I didn't have enough time to get it ordered to my house via Amazon because it would have taken a week & a half to get it & the reading needed to be done this week!nThey could have told me that they were missing 2 books for this class so that I could have made accommodations before it was too late & I had to order the Ebook on my phone.nVery frustrating & definitely won't be back.nUnless they get better staff I wouldn't shop here if I were you!

Has a mini grocery store plus school merch! The register woman was very polite. Very spacious, clean, and a nice variety of food and beverages! Love it.

Overpriced on every item. Find your books cheaper online. Only come here if you are ok for paying for convenience.
