When I had my baby I was so excited to shop here. When I visited the Pleasant Ridge Store the customer service was lacking. I shopped around for 5-10 minutes and not once was I acknowledged by a staff member. I will try again because everyone deserves a second chance but I didn’t feel welcome.

We called to see if there was a way to purchase baby shoes while practicing distancing. They met us outside and brought shoes to try for size and then found the perfect size and shoes for the twins.nVery helpful!!
It's been a month since I've placed my order online, I've called 3 times, just to be told it takes 2 weeks, we're waiting on a shipment and then finally the truth that the order was looked over, I get it, stuff happens. When I called today, it was like huge inconvenience that I was wanting to verify that she would receive her sweater tomorrow. The issue is my daughter cannot wear anything other than school logo items and it's cold. So it's not just a sweatshirt, it's the only sweater/jacket she can wear inside the building. I was planning on seeing how this fit and ordering several more for her from this business. I will not be ordering anything else from this business and will get my items elsewhere. When I was told last week that it was looked over, they apologized but didn't offer to take the item to her sooner, or even ship it to me for free. I mean you looked my order up twice and still overlooked it. My daughter has another 7 years in school and that's 7 years of my business they've lost.
Had to make a special order for my granddaughter's school uniform (SVDP) in Rogers, AR. The employee who was on the phone with me took the time to relay to me all differences in sizes 7, 6 and 6x until we came up with what we thought would work best....she took my order and it was delivered to our school. It fits wonderfully and the customer service IS GREAT (and most appreciated).
