Very nice experience. When you first walk in you notice the delicious smell of freshly baked waffle cones! Very clean and everyone wear masks. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and I was directed to the side of the counter where I was walked through the different styles of cakes and flavor icecream. I can't wait to go back! Cake turned out beautiful!!
They have great customer service & great tasty treats. I love this location.
The customer service I experienced last week at the BR on Rodney Parham here in Little Rock was absolutely horrible. I ordered the “warm” cookie sandwich. After receiving my order and taking a few bites I realized the cookies were HARD. I’m not just talking regular hard but hard like had been baked yesterday hard. BRICK HARD! I kindly and I do mean kindly brought this to the cashiers attention. In doing so, she refused to remake it with “warm” cookies and also refused to give me my money back simply I had already eaten off of it. Whatever happened to making sure your customers are always happy. All of this was over $5. Needless to say I wont be back. COLDSTONE would NEVER!
