Heads up, if you do curbside pick up they will not bring it to your car, I know that’s what the website says, and your email when they send it to you, and the signs outside but they’re not goint to bring it to you you have to go get it from inside. Maybe the food is good but I wouldn’t know because I waited my entire lunch break for them to bring it to me ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

Best Broccoli and Cheese Soup in town. Grape Chicken Salad is wonderful too. Service was fairly quick. My order was to go.

I ordered a meal through the drive thru today and my order not only wasn't correct they left off a turkey sandwich. When I pulled around I was told my balance was 32 dollars (for two people) and was rushed out of the drive thru when I tried to look at my receipt. When I got home and realized (after I called to let them know it wasn't the best experience ever) I had no sandwich (for my 32 dollar lunch) the man that answered the phone (with a very heavy accent) our me on hold and my call was never answered. I use to love this location and never had issues but never again.

The rudest Panera bread staff I have ever experienced. I am a huge fan of Panera Bread, but this location needs to get their customer service figured out. Very disappointing experience.nnI ordered a curbside pickup order, and I arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited over 10 minutes and decided to call. The worker didn’t even ask the name for the order, all they said was it will be out in a minute and then hung up before I could even respond. Waited over 20 minutes after the food was supposed to come out.

The Panerai at 10701 Kanis Rd, Little Rock, AR 72211 was very unprofessional and rude with my wife today, November 1st. She stopped by on her way back into town. The staff at the drive through rushed her through before she could check to make sure that the order was correct. It was not. We paid $32 for a salad, two bowls and a cup of soup, and a turkey sandwich that was not in the bag. My wife attempted to call and talk to a manager, however, she remained on hold for severally minutes with no answer and nothing resolved.Very poor leadership at this store. I will not be returning.
