There was a Indian lady working and she was busy with someone else but still managed to say hi to the couple that walked in before me. She also said hi to the couple that walked in after me. Let me point out that they were not Indian. Once it was my turn, she asked what I wanted and I said it. Then she put a spoon in and was about to give it to be. I told her that I wanted it to be a to go. She made a face and then grabbed the spoon and threw it in the sink. I went for check out and i didn’t hear the amount she said so she started to point at it on the screen and saying the amount out loud. That was not necessary. I will go agin but if she is there, I will leave.

Standard Baskin-Robbins! I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and the customers seemed to be enjoying themselves (or at least I was!). Giving three stars because I think it's a bit expensive for ice cream...but maybe I'm just cheap (ok, I definitely am cheap).

11:03 and no one answered or unlocked the door for business, despite opening at 11:00 a.m. so went next door to the other nearby ice cream place.

Got a hair in my ice cream... wife went to go get money back and it was a fight!! The lady working at 8:00 pm on Thursday January 24th seriously didn’t even apologize... that’s so unsanitary. Rude service. Disgusting hair in ice cream. Baskin Robbins lost two customers for sure for life and plenty of people are going to hear about how horrible our experience was. Could have been fixed with a smile, apology and a refund but that didn’t happen.

Serving sizes were very small and put in wrong sized container. Dirty location: tables, floor, high chairs. Trash bins inside and out were overflowing. The manager is very nice, personally, but the environment was dirty and his workers were not hospitable or on top of serving appropriately or cleaning.
