Excellent and responsive customer service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Van Dyke's was willing to research and order a type and size of upright freezer that is extremely hard to secure during these COVID-19 times. No other appliance dealer in the greater PDX area was willing to do this. In addition, due to a remodel delay, they were also gracious about warehousing the appliance until the remodel was complete.
