Clinic faxed prescription a hour before I went to pick it up. Got to krogers is wasn't ready. They didn't get it off fax till I got there. Then said it will be another 45 minutes. I live 40mins from Russellville. So had to wait 2 hours just to pick up meds.
Very busy, helpful, professional staff. Sometimes I wish it was in the store and other times I find it very convenient to not be located in the store.
Pharmacy staff is always rude !!!always to busy to stop and smile at you ...And when you walk in they say nothing to you...very unprofessional....
