Decent place for a family night, 4 star instead of 5 due to the fact that there is a highly contagious virus going around and it could be much cleaner, if there is trash in between the seats then you know it wasn't properly sanitized (found trash after the movie was already over making sure we grabbed all of our stuff which was already too late), the speakers also sounded like they were about to blow sounded very scratchy on the far back wall, hard to hear some of the movie. Other than that the VIP is pretty comfortable and we had a good time, but a little disappointed knowing we paid $9.50 VIP for each 7 of us and finding the trash and missing parts of the movie due to speakers.

You would think that the new upgrade to UEC from the old Picwood would be a welcome change but unfortunately it is not the upgrade I was hoping for. The theater itself looks nicer and cleaner and the speakers sound better in the smaller theaters than they used to but that's about where the pros stop.nnThe ticket prices are higher, the concession prices are crazy, the VIP recliner seats have awful bright blue LEDs that do not turn off during the movie, and people still get away with talking and texting but that happens everywhere I suppose.nnThe biggest con though is actually none of the above, it's the absolutely terrible movie selection. I swear Picwood11 had a better variety of movies. UEC is guaranteed to have whatever is currently popular (Star Wars, Marvel movies, etc.) and have it playing in multiple theaters. I don't expect obscure French art house films but it'd be nice to get something other than The Avengers for months on end.

Not happy to find out they have been charging me for a child that should have been free since we've been going there. When I brought this to the attention of the management I was not offered anything to compensate this. I think a free popcorn would have been nice since I've been giving them extra payment.

Great place. Extremely clean. Drinks and candy way too expensive but we all know that is the case at the movies. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0f
