Doesn't seem to want to help. Hard to get ahold of.
Have been on hold all day. All #'s go to a central phone bank. Can't reach local office. I've been trying to do this for 2 days.
I was in and out in under 20 minutes, the lady who helped me was very nice and very easy to talk to. She had my problems solved in just a few minutes and was very patient with me throughout the whole thing.
If I could rate 0 stars I would long wait..Staff was absolutely rude rushed me off when I was filling in a form asked how long it was gonna take me.not to mention she called the guard while I was sitting there. Talk about nerve wrecking. Get this social security office under control....
Slow, noone working maybe 1 or 2 if your lucky.
