I dealt with a lady named Jeanna and she went above and beyond for me. All of the people in this office are so helpful. Have had to wait at times but that’s just from volume of business. Never leave there angry. We have a great office in Russellville.
People should not be waiting outside with a number! How are they suppose to know when it their number that is being called. They don't have someone standing there saying it out the door, and they don't have a speaker outside so others can hear it. The more people working the faster you get them in and out.
Usually don't have a problem with this place but the older woman that helped us today was unnecessarily short. We misunderstood her first question and from then on she seemed condescending and not forthcoming with information we needed to proceed.
LADY WAS SO NICE AND NO ONE WAS THERE!
Very helpful and not overly busy. Clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and readily answer any questions you may have. It's an open design so wheelchair accessible is a plus. It's easy to follow directions are located in more than one spot. ID drivers license property tax tags all can be done right there and it wont take all day.
