My experiences at Lee Ann's have always been positive every time I go there, whether purchasing jewelry, having jewelry repaired or cleaned, or just having a watch battery replaced. And the staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. Overall great customer service!

I’ve gone to Lee Ann’s Fine Jewelry for several years because of their beautiful selection and wonderful service. Recently I had my 21 year anniversary and wanted to add to my wedding ring another diamond band. Heather & Suzanne helped me look through different diamond bands to see if we could match up to what I already had. We found some that looked good but not quite right.nBut then they remembered one that they had in stock in Conway that might be right. The ring came quick from Conway to the Russellville store. It was perfect! Just what I wanted! They will put my ring together quickly in-house!nThey went above expectations to help and to find me what I was looking for! The price was great too!nEveryone was so nice and took the time to make me feel comfortable. So glad to have a place like this! Thank you so much Heather & Suzanne for doing such a great job!

I had the best time getting to upgrade my ring with Suzanne. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience so easy for me! It only took a few days to have my diamonds in to view and i had my rings the next day after I picked them all out and made changes!

My husband and I found LeeAnn's when we moved to the area 3 years ago. Their selection is lovely, and their service is second to none. I've also had several pieces repaired there, and I appreciate their skill - and their honesty when they tell me an antique piece just can't be safely restored. Whether you spend $30, $300 or $3000, their excellent level of service and care is the same. They are, and will continue to be, my first choice in jewelers.

I recently went in making several visits on an engagement ring. I had an idea in my mind and once I explained it they were so eager to help me get what I wanted. I have used them for years and the customer service is the best in the business. When it’s time to purchase jewelry on any occasion, this is the place to go to be treated like it’s all about you.
