Matt and his coworkers go above and beyond to help their clients get the best rates possible along with the coverage they need. They are very friendly and they make you feel at home whenever you visit them in the office. They also use a nice online app to keep track of your policy’s and payments. Overall they are great to work with.
I switched to Matt Cooper Shelter Ins Agcy recently after being with FBIC for over a decade! And it was the best decision for my family and the savings we got was excellent. But the customer service and individual attention we receive from Matt and his office is priceless. I had my mother switch over as well and she’s also been pleased with their service and products. We’ve had to file a claim recently and by far this company has been excellent with the process. Fast and courteous and hassle free for me!
