Very fine group of Doctors. They have gotten me through many life threatening issues. They always work with me and the staff is very friendly.

I appreciate how this clinic has improved their process and made communication back and forth so much smoother by allowing conversation via text. No longer have to hassle with finding the time to call and wait on hold for an answer. Can simply text my question or request and always end up receiving a response when the clinic is available to respond.

I can no longer go to this clinic due to clerical error. I am so disappointed that this clinic is more than alright with loosing a patient from this while refusing to admit their fault. I developed a balance from an appointment, but my invoice was sent to an old address even though I provided my new address previously, and never received a call about it either. I called to make an appointment and found I was in collections, I called the collections company and they couldn't find my account. I called the clinic and told them, they had me wait 1.5 weeks so they could confirm I had no balance. Once confirmed, we scheduled an appointment. Then, I received a text the morning of my appointment saying that my appointment was cancelled due to being in collections. I called the clinic and they said that they won't take me back, even though it's a balance I never knew I had. Pathetic! Talked to the collections company again and found that they made a typo in my name making it very hard to locate for them.

I was a patient at Mtn View Medical Center for over 23 years and love the Dr.’s Gray and their Family Practice. Very caring and understanding.

I wouldn't put even one star! Unprofessional stuff, doctors doesn't care about patients. They will give you so many medicine from allergy ( you probably never had one ) . If you want to be healthy, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
