Absolutely the worst Company I have ever hired to do anything. From not bringing the right product to treat to not treating all areas that were to be treated. Called to complain and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come back and complete the job, after talking to Joe the Manager I was told it would be a week until they could come out and complete the treatment they did not do outside and in our attic. Lets make it inconvienent for our customers as their time is not valuable to them.nIf you want incompetence, if you want to waste your time and money then give them a call. As for me I am going to use one of their competitors. I would give them zero stars or negative stars but its not an option.

Central Termite and Pest Control is a very repretubale, local company here in the River Valley. Joe has always been quick to respond to my pest control needs. They are very reliable and experienced in their field. I highly recommended them to everyone I know.

I am not a paying customer with these guys but i am a very satisfied individual. I had what looked to be a major spawning of pest insects that looked to be fleas. I called these guys and they were incredibly helpful. They had me send them some photos and they went absolutely above and beyond in identifying what the pest was and getting back to me in a very quick and timely manner. I se t them photos was immediately contacted by one of their exterminators who was incredibly helpful and he then sent off the photos to an entomolygist who was able to determine they were a subset of flea but were not the biting pest kind. They spent probably several hours on a back and forth text message and multiple phone calls with me and left me a very happy individual. I ended up not needing their services as they determined it was not a problem but if i have another problem or am ever in the need for an exterminator i will be calling these boys. Especially seeing all the trouble they went to just to help someone who wasnt payong them a single penny. 10/10 would reccommend over and over again.
