The PA was right on time. The process of making the Online appointment was very easy. PA was very nice and professional. I received a call a couple of minutes after my appointment to schedule animal person appointment like the PA said would happen. Scheduling was very easy and quick. Scheduler was very nice.

I had a video visit here and it was great. The physician I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable and I totally got the help I needed. Definitely recommend.

Zoomcare is the best. Now that they have a pharmacy its even better. Their doctors and nurse practioners are top notch. They take time to get to know you so when you come in with something, they take into account everything. You don't get that at most urgent care places.

Contacted Zoom in order to setup a COVID 19 test. Was required to talk to someone via video call for screen. Call lasted 2 minutes and cost $30 . Was never informed prior of said cost and never saw any paperwork stating said cost. Was just told that someone would video call me. Staff overall seemed nice though. Another case of being taken advantage in my opinion.

The overall experience with scheduling a video conference he was easy and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend due to the efficiency the cost and pleasantries.
