Found everything I needed, with a little help from an associate. Reasonably priced, and friendly help. Thanks again.
I spend most of my time in the store trying to find someone to help me or answer my questions. I just got frustrated and left. I really dread when I know that I am going to have to go there to get anything because it always seems to end the same. Disappointed and my time wasted. I asked three different people t help me with buying a washing machine and dryer. Was planning on paying cash for both. Everyone kept saying be right with you. Or I don't work in this Dept. One guy actually said give me a sec then left me waiting and went to his break. I know this because I was still waiting when he came back. Really, how hard can it be to give a business a bunch of money. Finally a nice lady from another Dept tried to help, probably felt sorry for me as I was standing back there forever, but it was out of her wheelhouse. I really appreciated her but at that point I was just done. Should never leave a customer for hours needing help. If there is ever anything I need and they literally sell it ANYWHERE else, I'm going there.
