Found a computer chair we wanted to buy. They didn't have any instock after we discussed buying it.nnUltimately they would not sell the display to us. Won't buy anything else from Staples. We will shop local at Peter's from now on.
They have empty boxes on the shelf that says bring to cashier for product. Ok that's all fine but not if YOUR OUT OF STOCK, why not take the empty boxes off the shelf or put a sign up that says OUT OF STOCK. It's common sense!!
I needed a form to complete a passport application. The woman found it on her computer, printed it, in color, in minutes. I was in and out, super fast! I am very happy with my experience today!!!
Placed order at store. Staples employee entered order. Was told two days shipping. Try 5 days so far. Needed product to complete a job. Tomorrow maybe. Not reliable
