Very friendly staff. Greets you when you walk in the door. Very attentive to your needs and getting your needs taken care of.nStore is clean and in good repair with the sales floor stocked with plenty of product ti chose from.
We bought a recliner, paid for insurance, we paid off early. The chair broke, springs popped. Had a guy come to house, take the parts, and can't get them to fix or replace chair. When we call, nobody has a clue about anything. Bad business guys! Won't buy there again. Aaron's knows they should make this right.nnEDITED.....nI would give this place no stars. They replied to this review, my fiance and myself sent her NUMEROUS emails, no reply back. Guess they wanted to look as though she was concerned and wanting to help. Do NOT go to Aarons/ Buddy's. They only want your money. This in Clarksville.
The new general manager sucks with customer service. Communication is key and there was none.
They take great care of customers
