The entire team of employes are just awesome! They have always been very friendly & on point ready to go that extra mile to help the customer out... Thank you very much.
Been renting for months and since this covid-19 hit the government said no late fees and the manager CHRIS says bestway won't follow those guidelines and they are not included. Yet the entire US is following these guidelines and they wanna charge late fees that absolutely make no sense. Don't rent from here they come up with they own charges the computers mess up on calculating payments. They see this and say I well the computer is correct. When obviously it's not.
Awesome service great people
Not only did they run my debit card for what they wanted, turned around told me I owed another payment.....nThen I always ask what I owe after I paid and it goes from one small about to over a hundred dollars more after making payments!! This place is a ripp off always keep your reciepts!!!!!!
Love my furniture I have though them. The staff is very helpful.
