While we are not regular patients of Dr. Laidlaw, I wanted to write a review about the service Dr. Laidlaw's office provided that was above and beyond anyone else's. Our son sees a specialist in Seattle who had made a removable upper palette expander for him. Our teenager managed to break his appliance while on Spring Break abroad. We were flying home Thursday afternoon, frantically calling every orthodontist to see who could help (1) make an upper palette impression to send to Seattle to have another appliance made, and (2) create a retainer immediately so our son wouldn't lose any progress he has made. Dr. Laidlaw's office was closed the Friday of spring break, just like everyone else's office. However, after hearing our story, a member of the team opened the office Friday morning - on her day off - just to help us. She created the impression and cast and fitted a retainer, which was perfect. All the other offices were closed, and even if they were open, wouldn't have been able to create the retainer so quickly as they send their molds to a central lab, which takes a couple weeks. I cannot thank Dr. Laidlaw and the staff enough for their kind help and preserving our sanity when we thought our son would lose much of the progress he has made.

We have been thrilled with Dr. Laidlaw's professionalism and the whole staff thus far.
