They definitely need to re-evaluate their office help. Christine sent one $58.00 invoice for the balance due after my insurance company paid them. A week later, she started bill collecting via phone and also mailed a threatening note to send me to collections if not immediately paid. Seriously??!! But....in the past, when they were overpaid, who had to call them multiple times to get a refund check?? They would have kept the money if I hadn’t contacted them.

I would highly recommend Dr. Singh to anyone.nnI was very nervous going into my first root canal, but it was honestly painless! The entire staff at Westside Endodontics was pleasant. The entire process was fairly quick and gave me great post procedure instructions. Dr. Singh was professional and did a great job. Overall was worth the five star review!

We received one bill, and two weeks later a threatening note demanding payment and threatening collection. The front office claimed to have called but there were no missed calls or messages. I verified this in my call and message histories. Why would they have called when they had just sent the bill? If you want to be harrassed for payment before your bill is due, these are the people for you.
