You would be better off just buying roach spray. I cleaned my house and got set up for my fumigation 3 times, all three times they came out they told me that I would not be receding this service it would be next time. When I set my appointment up over the phone they told me first thing they’d do was fumigate. Sent me instructions on how to prepare. After the third visit I called and cancelled my contract because I never would had gone with them had I known they wouldn’t take a more aggressive approach. I didn’t receive the services I was promised then they charged me for the second time and tell me I have a balance. Threatening to send it to collections won’t let me speak to anyone to help me just keep sending me to the branch where they don’t return the call. Someone has been texting me being very rude and not helpful at all, threatening with sending me to collections instead of just sending someone out to give me the services i was promised. I understand it’s only 150 it’s that I’m paying 150 to still live with roaches and not receive the services I was promised. I hope no one uses this company.

Both technicians were wonderful. Answered all questions and knew their business. I trust them.

Chris is such a wonderful caring employee at Terminix. He is very personable and cares that his clients are well taken care of. If you find an issue before his next scheduled visit and call him, if fits you right in to come back and take care of the pests. He's always on time and calls to verify when he will be there.
