the receptionist is HORRIBLE. shes miserable with her life & she'll take it out on you! also website could use facelift! looks like was original design in 1998 & will not let you update your email address if you get a new email. so now have to only sign in as guest every time to pay bill. & the lovely lady will be so sarcastic in her tone when telling you that they cant because they're lost on what the internet is still!
