This housing authority has done a complete 360 under the new leadership. A lot of the units have been completely remodeled and there are a lot more underway. The staff is super helpful and very friendly!

I am the new director here at poinsett county housing. We are in the process of rehabbing all units in our citys. New paint, led light fixtures, new doors, and new wood floors are being done to each unit. We have a whole new staff that is very friendly and will be ready to serve you at anytime.

This place is terrible my family hates the grounds they are destroyed and people are getting hurt from it

Grandmother set all weekend with no a/c because there is no after-hours person to contact
