My husband is being held here on parole violation. The website says Phillips county isn't currently housing inmates and doesn't provide any actual information for the inmates families. I called the sheriff's department for information and things just got worse. The first time I called the sheriff's department wouldn't even give me an address to send a letter, they gave me the number to the jail. I called that number and the address I was given was different from the address that comes up on the website as well as the address on mapquest. I mailed several letters over the next 2 weeks and he never received anything. I've spoken to 5 different people and gotten different information, if any information, from them all. Not to mention all but one of the people I spoke with were extremely rude. It's really sad that the families of the inmates they are housing can't even get a letter through due to the fact that no one employed there seems to know what's going on.

Corrupt. No help. Lazy. Doesn't do anything but harrass poor people.
