Aggressive and unprofessional Sheriff. Ticketed me for improper parking on the side of a highway where there was a pull off that we were parked in. Did not explain the situation before issuing a ticket. Was condescending and rude, threatened to take me “down to the jailhouse” when I expressed the ticket seemed unfair given we were parked for 2 minutes, there was no signage and we were leaving as he pulled us over. He told me I needed to be more polite because I did not smile when he handed me the ticket. Very upsetting situation and a very unwelcoming experience in Arkansas.

Absolutely the worst law enforcement I've seen. Need something done about something criminal, not gonna happen. I even had a deputy tell me that he would not arrest an individual because they didn't want to do the paperwork.
