Huge parking lot with a good amount of room to park. Very nice restrooms and showers! However, the employees in both Wendy’s and road ranger do not care for other customers coming in. We waited at Wendy’s for at least 10 minutes before we got our order in, and there were other employees that can clearly see us standing there and still not taking our order! After the shower we went and grabbed a few snacks and all the registers were closed while they proceeded to count both drawers at the same time with 6 other customers waiting! And non of the employed seemed to care! Nonetheless, great truck stop but the employees really need to reevaluate their work ethic.
Customer service skills knowing about product and how to handle questions would be an amazing thing. I realize you're limited on probably resources for people in this area but come on man Wendy's don't even get me started I can't even get your order right.
New and clean
Spacious lot for truck parking, large shower stalls, wasn't a fan of the pizza there but other food items on the truck stop area were good. I didn't try the restaurant area yet. Staff has been friendly and helpful everytime I've stopped in.
