**Hearsay is more than likely true; user beware!nnRating a billing company for home necessities is problematic in itself... however I feel that with the consistencies shared among those who have moved out of reach of this monopolized train wreck I can do so freely and with great accuracy.nnIt would be fantastic if they would offer premium customer service to match their 'premium' billing cycles. This is hopefully the first and last time I am met with what feels like skyscraperesque electrical fencing when trying to disconnect my home from services that I no longer require.nnPlease take heed of anything you may have heard about our billing structure prior to moving to this town!
