This review is specifically for Ms Crystal Fugate. This woman is the reason I have continued my policy with Direct Auto. She has been amazing and worked diligently to correct errors and get my insurance straightened out. She has made calls to AL DMV to help with a MLI situation. She is the sweetest and most hard working lady with the greatest laugh and positive energy I have ever dealt with. Thank You Crystal you are a gem in a coal mine.
