When it was time for Max to go the young lady that was in the office was so understanding. She let me stay with Max for just a while till I was ready to let go. I had Max for 26 years and he will always be my best friend. Thank you for giving Max and I the best gift of being able to keep him close to me and still know he is here in spirit you guys are amazing and hold a place in my heart. Thank you

Jacci and Vicky are 2 of the kindest people you will ever meet . Losing a beloved pet is such a hard time. They go out of their way to be professional, kind and caring.nI choose a final viewing to say goodbye.. My pet looked peaceful and at rest . Well cared for and treated with respect . I highly recommend their services

They were very nice and provided comfort during a difficult time. I always knew I wanted to cremate my baby. When we were told that she was going to die soon I began looking for options. Luckily this company was available or I dont know what I would have done. They got her back to me quickly and in a bag with nice things. I got the paw print in sand and it is beautiful. I did want a clay one to match her brothers but that's ok. I like that they have a digital print too. I recommend this company if you want your baby cremated to stay with you forever. (I did get my own urn. I wanted a photo one to match her brothers)

I’m so very thankful for Jacci at Pet Passages! My heart is completely broken.. she has made this process easier with her compassion. I expected nothing less than how me & my princess Abby have been treated & respected. I did view my baby and she was in perfect condition & looked as if she were sleeping. I could tell that she had been treated & handled with nothing but respect & care. I got the clay paw imprint & lock of fur.. I never knew about these extras.. I’m so glad Jacci offered them to me. I appreciate Pet Passages so very much ud83dudc97
