Madison County Sheriff Department

These people pulled us over last night because my husband swerved a little over the yellow line BECAUSE the officer behind us had his brights on and we both couldn't hardly see and then the officer was turning on his blinkers from left to right to left and then would quit for a second and do it again so he was distracted a little but he wasn't swerving like a drunk. Anyways, we we're pulled over and immediately they are dragging us out of our car and put our cuffs on us WAY too tight and then refuse to answer my questions and as they were searching our car they supposedly found meth in our vehicle that had no possible way of being in our vehicle and they said it was in his wallet. I had his wallet prior and there was nothing in it but his I.D. and my debt card, something a little fishy there. This is probably the absolute worst sheriff's department I've ever dealt with. Entrapment and planting drugs. They don't even deserve the one star.

So I called 911 yesterday 12/20/18 cause a neighbor came to my house yelling and cussing me cause I had to shut the water off from the well house were all on cause the owner of the property asked me to do so, because someone must of left the water running and ran the well dry. I then asked her 3 times to stop yelling at me! Well she kept on so I went to shut my door and she stuck her foot in the door and forced herself in my home. I was totally helpless to defend myself cause earlier this yr I had fell and shattered the right side of my face and have had my second facial surgery done October 23-18. So this person knows this and if she had hit me in my face, she could of killed me. So the man arrives wearing a sheriffs jacket asked what's the problem, she then starts to cry as if she's the victim. I then call her out on it and he got really rude w me and basically didn't want to deal with the situation and there for said we're feeding angerly off of each other. I then told him I called u here because this woman whose 3 times my size forcefully came into my home and refused to leave therefore yelling and cussing me getting in my face terrorising me to turn the water back on. I told her ok I will!!, now get out of my house!! But Refused to leave multiple times. He then told me oh well she's leaving when I'm leaving don't worry about that I then said I want to press charges against this woman!!!, He then said oh well our prosecuted wont do anything about this cause this is a civil matter. So he's Referring to the water issue again not the fact that she forced her way into my home. So he being chief not sherriff basically showed her she can do and act how ever she wants even brake/force her way into ppls homes With out any consequences. I was so shocked. Madison county police/sherriff office is a joke and they plainly don't care about their community. So NO I don't feel safe were I live anymore, cause I can't defend myself much less have the what's called sherriff departments help. Guess their just fine collecting a paycheck and not having to do anything to earn it. Madison county chief YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF URSELF!!!this department is useless.

This Sunday afternoon about 4:30 pm the Madison county police bothered my husband on Sunday afternoon at church at 4:30 pm the Madison county police department pulled my husband over at church for obeying the law.the false reporter in the blue car who did the false report saw us use our turn signal turning into our church. Lied to the you saying my husband was driving irracticially.this isn't true. I would have told you if you would have asked me. The way this was handled is totally unacceptable!! Your supposed to pull over people breaking the laws not for obeying them. We are afraid to go to church wondering if you will bother us again in front of our church.

Luxurious stay in a concrete cell with an amazing sink/toilet. Cold showers with great Ajax dish soap. The quisine of Banquet TV dinners and mayonnaise sandwiches were to die for. However the peeling paint on the walls left the bottoms of my feet sliced open, sorry, no bandaid or medical care here. The very best for being contained for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, I was glad I could help the sherrif at the time get reelected, however being placed on the front page of the local paper as a mad bomber was a bit excessive for an endorsement. I'm glad my sculpture got that much attention.
