Melissa was absolutely amazing to work with, she is a very genuine individual who shows so much compassion and care for her clients. She worked very hard to find us the best coverage with affordable rates to fit our budget. This company has always done well by my family by helping the grandparents in the family all the way down to the great grandchildren. Whenever I have spoken to someone on the phone they have always been very helpful and courteous. I have specifically worked with Kevin for the majority of my inquires. Kevin is very knowledgeable and has my families best interest in mind. Kevin has multiple ideas of how to best invest and is always very helpful in deciphering what would work best for my family. I have been a customer with Reed and Associates since 2007 and have ALWAYS been treated with respect and Kevin and his crew have always searched for the best value for my needs. And they do an annual revue of rate changes and notify me of new better possibilities for my insurance needs. Further more I have always felt like family when I go into the office.
