The receptionist. Her demeanor on the phone is so inconsistent. Often she gives off the vibe that she's annoyed. It might be her tone, her short rushed answer, or her superior attitude. I understand that it is a stressful position. I don't think it's a good look for an office that is in the business of helping people that are struggling with mental health issues to have the first line of contact and the gatekeeper of communication come across bothered by clients and other professionals. I know I'm not alone in this observation.

I was charged over 1000$ in fines for appointments I never showed up to. My depression has worsened.

Some days I have the HARDEST TIME getting someone to answer the phone so I can pay them. Sometimes it takes several days of calls. Even leaving a message asking for a call back isn't a guarantee. I shouldn't have to work this hard to give them money for services.

I have been seeing Dr Rice for almost 2 years. I have never meet a better doctor. He is very easy to speak to, always asks how you are doing, and tries to help in any way he can. He is skilled and has helped me to succeed. You can tell he truly cares and wants to help those trying. Thank you Dr. RICE

Mary Goldstein and Dr. Rice are the two kindest, competent people I have met and I have met many people because I was a psychotherapist myself. I recommend this clinic without pause.
