Was good until Kmart closed, now they make mistakes and its always the customers fault. They don't even listen to you they just act like you are a fool. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have only used Kroger's pharmacy no matter where I lived. But Cabot, lol they have the employees so why does it take 2 or 3 hours. That's getting a bit much. I will be transferring my stuff else where. 9 MOS OF BS SAVE TIME DON'T USE CABOT KROGER'S

Inexcusably long wait times both in-store and at the drive-thru. Seem to be deliberately understaffed as a cost-cutting measure as this has been an issue here for years. Now only have 1 drive-thru lane open at all times. Nothing is broken, they just don't have enough people to work both lanes. An employee explained to me yesterday that the store's reasoning is they can either let traffic build up in 1 lane or have very long lines on both sides. Switched all my prescriptions elsewhere, even though it costs a little more simply because my time is worth more than whatever I save.
