Usually find all that I need at Home Depot.
Love the store and all the seasonal holiday decorations. Not great customer support...while getting a breaker, I had to flag down 3 people who then called over the loud speaker...and still waited another 17 minutes before I was assisted. Also, I was on the store site looking at the breaker I needed and it said 6 were in stock, but the dude who assisted me said they don't even carry them?
Never a shortage of employees on the floor ready & willing to help. Store is clean & tidy. The only negative thing I have to say is that they stock some merchandise too high. I got hit in the face with a pack of sandpaper today after nudging it down off of a very high peg. Other than that, this location is great!
Trying to shop local definitely backfired on me. I had to ask 4 different people where the doorbells were located. And I had to search for people to ask!!!! Everyone gave me a different answer. God love the elderly gentleman that tried to help me- he did know where they were located but not a clue as to what i needed for it. He did offer to get online to search but i declined. The absolute worst customer service ever! Next time i will bypass this store and drive 10 min down the road or order online!
Great customer service. Always nice people. I had an issue with a 3rd party delivery company contracted by Home Depot, but the management did everything they could making sure we were taken care of.
