Excellent customer service! The owner was more than willing to work with me on everything. I think he was more excited than myself once I told him this was for me and I was going to get myself something nice not a cheap mattress that I’ve bought in the past that doesn’t last long. He was even willing to deliver for me late at night. Will absolutely return here and refer my family and friends! Thank you so much!!!
The owners, Dennis and Mandy, are two of the nicest people we have met in Cabot. They were kind, helpful, and accommodating. It literally took less than ten minutes for us to enter the store, complete our purchase, and have the mattress ready for delivery. The selections were many, the quality was excellent, and the prices were even better! They delivered the mattress immediately! No 2-3 day wait! We were extremely happy with our experience with Dennis and Mandy! Highly recommended!
I found, Mattress By Appointment online through offer up. I just moved here from California and Mr. Gates, the owner helped us pick out the perfect mattress and even helped load the mattress . They offered us delivery and overall Mr. Gates was very nice and pleasant. The prices were low and affordable! I am very excited with my purchase!
Great buying experience, period. Dennis is awesome, truly cares about the customer experience. I was strapping my new mattress down and my straps were a bit short so he went to his car and loaned me his. Above and beyond. Typing this sitting on my new mattress I bought well below retail!
