The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

I-84 closed due to snow while we were stopped for church and to have lunch. We stayed at the church until my pregnant wife needed to take a nap. Some super kind members who lived up by the hospital invited us to come over to wait out the road closure, and then helped us find our way to the highway on ramp after. Other members also offered us a place to stay for the night if we needed. Luckily we didn't, but we feel like God was watching out for us even though we were just passing through.

Beautiful building with historic stained glass windows and a family history center open to the public. Church is welcoming and open for all to attend Sunday services. The building is used for various activities on other days of the week including youth meetings, boy scouts, and basketball.

Because it's a place you can talk to God w/o interference
