Usually my food is fresh. I guess it does depend on the time of day you go and who is working and their want to actually do their job.
Usually pretty spot on, was told tonight we'd be waiting on fresh fries which is fine, coming from previously working a fast food job I understand but when the order was handed out the fries were cold and very much undercooked. A real bummer since they're my favourites! Still love this place though, just make sure you're not pulling your fries up too early!
Took WAY too long this morning
The staff is always courteous and the food is good 85% of the time. Kind of hit and miss on whether the fries will be hot or cooked properly. Always check your order before leaving because they tend to get it wrong about once out of every four visits.
Fast service and our order was correct!
