What a joke, no one is ever on the same page, no communication, you'll pay on your account and still get a call, you call and set up a promise to pay on a certain date , and they still call and harass you this place has had like four different general managers in a three year period, no wonder
I have never stepped foot in this place but it sure is not calling my name. While in Walnut Ridge during business last week, I observed two obvious employees standing at the front door...smoking! One even had the door open a few inches. Who wants to walk through a cloud of smoke to go in? So unprofessional!
This is my favorite Store to buy from. If you want a helpful, knowledgeable, professional, & just an all around awesome Sales Associate ask for MATT when you call or visit the store.nThank you Matt for all you’ve done for my family. Keep up the great work!!!!

Started out good. The employees are great. However, the product was supposed to be delivered to Paragould at 2 pm, but when they weren't here by 2:30, I called and they said they were just putting it on the truck. No phone call or anything to let me know they would be late.
