wonderful as usual, love those people, going there tomorrow again because they are helpful and nice, really attentive to their pet customers. Would encourage anyone to go there. Thank you guys.
Dr. Parker is an awesome Vet so is his staff. It Animals first payments second. Also like the fact he has an emergency phone number.
Dr. Parker is excellent! He tells you straightforward about what is going on and the treatment options.
I took my 2 yr old cat in, with a high fever and she had stiff muscles and cried when moved. She did stay 3 days to reduce her fever which I was told was because of tick fever. They had her for Friday until Monday. They gave her to me in her carrier. So I didn't see her until I got home. It took me 23 minutes. When I took her out and she could not stand and her eyes were spinning. And was crying. I called the clinic and they said she was fine that morning and to give her Metacam that afternoon. She died 3 hours later. I being a RN for 35 yrs, knew that she was having severe neurological symptoms. Probable encephalitis/ and or meningitis. I doubt that they even really looked at her that morning. Her temperature was down and that was what mattered. Beware of this clinic. I wish I hadn't trusted them. I don't know who dropped the ball , but ultimately it was the vet. I lost my buddy, she was awesome from kitten to cat.
