Do not make payments by phone! I sometimes pay cash in person and sometimes on a debit card by phone. Never signed anything for automatic payments however my last payment they just took from my debit not knowing if I had money there or not! They did NOT have my permission to do this and that is the basis for this one star rating! The people have always been very nice and helpful but I do not appreciate this last transaction It has caused a lot of backlash for me

Only thing polite about this place are the drivers! You need to make sure that you get a receipt every single payment and keep it on hand every week!! Do not make phone payments @ all!!!
