Melissa was great she went above and beyond to help me with my upgrades. Even the manager Hugh was helpful and polite. The only thing is that the store is really dated and old. The other stores in town look way better than our White Hall store, it really needs a face lift. The service is great but that only goes so far when the experience is dim and dark because lights are out and stains are all over the carpet. The staff make it welcoming but it sure doesn't feel like a AT&T store

Melissa is awesome! Its always a great experience going into this location. I came in for a phone because mine was stolen and I left with a new phone my bill being $10 less and TV that I can plug in and start streaming TODAY! The manager Hugh was also a big help he kept me entertained while Melissa got me fixed up you don't see managers like that these days. The only complaint would be how old and dated the store is compared to other stores it doesn't feel like a AT&T store it feels and looks like a cell phone repair shop with dirty carpet that smells. AT&T is a big business you would think they want their stores looking more vibrant this store looks like a mom and pop business.

Melissa was so patient with me my phone wasn’t working I couldn’t do a insurance claim she upgraded my phone and helped me get my info over to my new one. I originally wanted to do a insurance claim but Asurion sucks because they were no help I answered the security questions correctly and they still couldn’t process my claim for another 24 hours! That does me no good, just makes me further wait on another phone. Melissa was able to cross my upgrade and get me a phone without my already high bill increasing.

Hugh was amazing! I went to two stores before coming to the White Hall store to order my husbands watch. Hugh ordered the watch for me and it came within 1 day! He called me and let me know it was in! He helped me so much throughout this process when the other two store wouldn’t help me. He even help me set it up
