Service tech was on time, professional and did a great job. They had my furnace up and running in no time and they didn't charge me an arm or a leg (and I WAS ready to give up both!). Thank you so much guys, couldn't be more pleased.

I have always been very happy with the service we have received from Eastern Oregon Heating and Air. So much so I have recommended them to others many times over. But after this last service call I will think twice about calling them first. My fault in not asking about fees prior to having them work on our issue (but from previous use I was comfortable with letting them do the job no questions), but the response I got when talking to Tess Sabuco (who reviews their own page) was astonishing when she became very defensive when I questioned my invoice and told me how I should expect the same fee arrangements from all business who provide similar services. She was I would say kind in crediting me $25.98 from my $370 bill for a part that cost $45 on Amazon and a service that took all of 45 min. I was credited because the tech did not share the possible cost prior to doing the work.nI will always ask before I have someone do work for work us again, my mistake trusting a local service I always trusted in the past to treat me well.

We have used them quite a bit lately and they are courteous and professional from office staff to techs,which makes it easy to call them and say...guess what your services are needed again. Prices seem to be consistent and fair.nFor that reason I will be calling them again tomorrow.

When my furnace started to not work properly. I called. And they came the same day. They did get it to work, but by night. Dylan had to come back out, because my house got down to 64 degrees. He put the new part in. Got my house to heat up. The next week Dylan came back, checked it out, cleaned it and now it is working better than ever. I paid the bill. Then i called the office and told thank you the excellent customer service. I would recommend them to my friends. This is one happy and appreciated customer.
