I was homeless needed a place to stay I gave me Kirby n his wife cash for deposit and first month rent the house once I got settled in I come I find out the house was infested with mold n roaches water leaks etc at the moment I thought like ok it got three bedrooms I need that hell we need a roof until I can find something better I signed up for month to month from day 1 not knowing what I moved into but what gets me is I gave them my money all info they did credit check for me n my spouse n we still had to wait 3days to get the key plus they didn’t give me my deposit back told me to take them to court I told them they better just take it as a blessing GOD is good everyday
