My friend ordered 50 shirts on a Fri. They told him they would be done the following Thurs or Fri morning. I gave him $528 to pay them. The following Thurs, my friend tells me they said the shirts were finished. I go to pick up the shirts Fri morning. I greeted the associate and asked about the order. The associate (wearing glasses), who doesn't greet me or crack a smile, tells me the shirts aren't done and that they're waiting on a few more shirts. They should be there at noon. She takes my number and tells me she'll call me when they're done. I leave, then I go back to ask if we could have the shirts that were already done. The associate says that none of them are done and that they wait for all the shirts to get there before they start printing. I left. At 3:23, my friend calls me and says they just got the shirts and it would take 45 min. I go to pick them up arriving at 3:58, n ask the associate about someone telling my friend they were done the night before. She tells me that she told him they could be done last night if their freight came in. I said OK, thinking it was just a misunderstanding. She tells me that she'll call me when they're done, and I tell her it's OK, I'll wait. She seemed perturbed by that so I ask if she had an issue with anything because it sounded like she had an attitude. She says that she's only trying to explain things. My friend walks in 5 min later. About 4:30, the guy walks out with the shirts and is standing behind me. The associate tells my friend to sign the final invoice saying we picked them up. As he was signing, I ask Do y'all have any kind of guarantee policy? With an attitude, she says Guarantee for what? I say Because you told him they'd be done Fri morning. She says He ordered them late Fri evening, and Mon was a holiday, and we couldn't start fulfilling the order til Tuesday. Still calm, I ask Why did you tell him they could be done by Thurs or Fri morning? She replied nastily, If you let me talk, then I can tell you..It usually takes 5-7 business days to complete an order and we only had 3 days. Still respectfully, I ask, If you couldn't fulfill the order then why would you accept the job? I hear a loud noise behind me. I turn around to see the box of shirts on the floor and the guy walking away. I say This is a poor way to run a business and I don't understand what y'all are mad about. She points to the door and yells at us to leave. I tell her that I'm not going anywhere. She mumbles what I thought was I'm gonna call the police. To which I say Call them mf'ers! My friend opens the box to find that they messed up the order. Another sales person comes out. We tell her that the shirts were done wrong. She tells us we can either get a full refund or a discounted price. We tell her we'll do the discount. I ask why the other associate started with an attitude. She says She told me you cursed at her, so that's why she had an attitude. I explained what happened and the order of events. With an attitude she says If you didn't have such a bad attitude, then maybe she wouldn't have done that. She did not witness what happened btw. I picked up two of the shirts laying on the counter and threw them on the floor behind the counter and asked for all my money. (That was the only thing I regret doing in this situation.) She opens the cash register with a smirk and says We don't have that much money to give u. She then says she called the owner n she'll be here in a minute to write you your little check. An officer arrives. The associate comes back then lies and tells the officer that I tried to hit her with the shirts. I calmly explain to the officer exactly what happened, in the order that it happened, and also how I reacted to everything. The officer explains that her mom owns the store and she's currently sick so everyone is stressed out. The officer is very polite to us and asks whether we wanted a full refund or a discount. I let my friend make the decision to get the shirts at a discount. We got the shirts and apologized to the officer about the ordeal. We left the store at 5pm.
