Samantha Morris was GREAT! We were referred to State Farm - Kevin Bonnette by my brother, who has been a client for many years. We don’t know them as we are out of state, but we called and Samantha Morris answered right away. Samantha answered all our questions in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner. We had plenty of questions and took several hours and she was very patient with us. She never made us feel pressured or hurried and explained everything to our understanding. We liked her information so much that we switched all our insurance to them. She took care of all our insurance needs right away for our condo, house and trucks in Arkansas. Kevin, Brenda, Taylor, and Samantha are great to deal with. It is sometimes hard to call and they work with me through email. They always help me to find the best rate and are always on top of it when I need help with something. I feel like I am taken care of since getting insurance through them.
