They do have home as well as auto insurance. They are not more affordable than other companies as previously thought.

I had been with them for over 35 years and I needed to file a claim on my house and my agent asked if I had the number to call it in, he wouldn't even file it for me. I'm disabled and on a fixed income but I had always paid my insurance. I've been paying 1,300.00 a year and they wouldn't pay anything on my house so I had to drop my insurance cause I can't pay insurance and make a bank payment to. I had called what they believe is a agent and I say that because if they don't call your claim in and they don't try to help you in any way I don't feel like they are a agent. The adjuster came out and actually said he couldn't turn in much because he had bent his truck and the company wouldn't like it if he turned in to much. Very unprofessional. A couple of months before that I had a little fender bender and they wasn't helping me with anything there either. The other person was under the influence of drugs and was arrested all I got out of that was being told that the other person needed to be paid. They had agreed to sign off and sign saying they wouldn't turn it over to their insurance but the adjuster said we couldn't do that because they had to pay. I still don't understand that but and my agent wouldn't talk to me at all. So I'm just letting you know unless you're on the good ole boy list this is the service you get. I will have to say up until the older agents retired they were a good company but this is what you get now. I did call and asked if my roof wasn't covered and my floor wasn't covered if they could tell me what was covered and I never got a straight answer.
