The food is alright but the service at 1:30 am sucks
Took an hour to bring out our mobile order. Called them the first time and they said it was on its way. We’ve had about 4-5 cars pull up after us and have gotten their food within minutes while we’re still sitting here waiting for ours. AN HOUR LATER. I understand busy. But when people are getting their food right after they pull up when we’ve been here for an hour, it’s not acceptable. Placed the order at 11:49 and I’m still waiting as of now. Always fast, Friendly and the food is always freash!
The wait time was slow but the guy at the speaker was excellent! He had great manners and I haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time that was that good! Same guy was at the drive thru money and did an excellent job! Very impressed with him!
