Rusty’s office is wonderful! His agents are very knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I needed to file a claim, I was able to choose which body shop to use and my agent worked directly with the shop so I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

They put the wrong name on the check they gave me the run around about my titles when they knew that the car was totled they also charged to much for the car they totaled the car and was going to charge me 710.00 for 2006 and it was totled they to me they would fix it but when they picked it up they totaled it
